This service is undertaken discretely onsite if your organisation requires a second opinion on the setup and functionality of the current IT infrastructure. The audit will be completed at one site only. Within 6 working days, an audit document will be presented in person outlining findings, recommendations and budget estimates.
The Client shall consent to Focus Networks connecting a laptop to the Client’s corporate network to conduct the audit. Alternatively Focus Networks may seek the Client’s consent to utilise a computer connected to the corporate network to conduct the audit. Focus Networks will not install any software during the audit process.
The Client will receive a credit adjustment for $1000 if the Managed Network Service Agreement is signed within 45 days of the Audit Service.
Content of the audit will include:
An audit of the Internet router will be conducted for configuration, remote access and corporate security capabilities.
An audit of the existing backup solution, tape regime and offsite storage will be conducted including restore measures.
An audit of existing ISP connections will be conducted and suggestions made on business grade solutions for broadband services, if appropriate.

An audit will be performed on the design and structure of the Client’s computer room, including use of patch panels, integrated voice and data cabling, cable management, rack mounting capabilities and temperature control measures.
