ICT CUA is an integrated Information, Communication and Technology (ICT) procurement and governance framework that enables Western Australian government agencies to purchase ICT services from a market of pre-qualified suppliers and has replaced the Spirit Marketplace panel arrangement.
Supplier qualification is based on compliance and qualitative criteria, including complying with government policies, agreement to the standard Government Information Technology and Communications (GITC) WA4 Contractual Framework, as well as the demonstrated capacity and the competency to deliver the nominated services.
Focus Networks has been an approved Spirit Marketplace Member since July 2008, and more recently was approved as an approved supplier under the new ICT Common Use Agreement (CUA) administered by the Department of Treasury and Finance.
We are able to offer a range of services under the WA State Government Common Use Agreement (CUA), providing State and Local Government agencies with the ability to directly source ICT services and hardware, without the need for undertaking a detailed quotation or tender process.
